At XTrack, we believe in sustainability and environmental responsibility. Our actions focus on reducing CO₂ emissions, promoting green practices among employees and minimising the environmental impact of our operations.
ISO 14001:2015 certification – a testament to our commitment
In 2024, we again successfully passed the ISO 14001:2015 recertification audit. This international standard for environmental management confirms our commitment to reducing our environmental impact and supporting sustainable growth. The system helps us:
- Continuously improve our green initiatives,
- Prepare for potential environmental emergencies,
- Optimise operational processes while reducing our carbon footprint
Fewer cars, more bikes!
We actively promote green transport and healthy, active lifestyles among our team:
- For years, we’ve participated in the “Bike to Work and School – Ride for Gdansk” campaign. In 2023 we won 1st place in the category of companies with 11-50 employees!
- In 2024, we were awarded the European Bicycle Friendly Employer Certificate at the Gold level, making us one of the few companies in the region with this distinction.
- At XTrack we run several initiatives to support cycling:
- Free bike maintenance service
- Bike workshops and equipment support
- A dedicated mobility coordinator to support employees who cycle
- We also rely on bicycles for internal logistics and small deliveries – using them to transport mail, documents, supplies and even lunch orders.
Sustainable logistics approach
We’ve made a number of changes to reduce shipping waste:
- Reusing cardboard boxes for packaging
- Encouraging green habits among customers and field teams by labelling our packages with stamps that encourage reuse
Going paperless with digital transformation
Since 2023, we’ve been steadily moving towards digital documentation:
- All invoicing is now done electronically – no more paper invoices.
- HR documentation, leave requests and formal processes are handled online through our HR system.
- Digitisation not only helps to reduce paper consumption but also streamlines our internal workflows.
Through these measures, XTrack is not only reducing its environmental footprint, but also proving that a modern, technology-driven company can operate efficiently and sustainably.
