XTrack WorkMate is an advanced mobile app for drivers, operators and field teams. It works on Android and iOS devices, and data is transmitted in real time to the XTrack WebX software.

The app provides comprehensive operational support for field crews, ranging from electronic task lists and confirmation of job completion to comprehensive on-site documentation. It is fully customisable to suit specific process layouts.
- Task delegation – a real-time list of orders, including map view, navigation to collection points and status updates
- Asset identification – support for LF, UHF and NFC RFID tags, as well as barcodes containing information about the supported location based on the identifier code read
- Waste weighing and fill level monitoring – the weight of collected waste assigned to collection orders and real-time monitoring of the vehicle’s gross vehicle weight
- Image capture – XTrack RZX footage as attachments to notes
- Bin inventory – assigning RFID tags to bins, waste streams, GPS coordinates and collection points
- Field documentation – notes, photographs, signatures, printouts of waste weight receipts, and information on irregularities, which may also be added outside the vehicle’s cab
- GPS tracking – automatic route recording
