Planning and delegating tasks
The XTrack solution for organising waste collection services enables effective task management, communication with crews and dynamic schedule changes during operations.
The system supports route planning in map view with own layers, as well as the configuration of vehicles and orders. It generates schedules and automatic daily route lists (recurring, one-off, multi-compartment and for cleaning vehicles) and enables two-way online communication with crews via the XTrack WorkMate app.
Real-time dynamic changes, multi-workstation operation and the ability to integrate with other systems ensure flexible management of service delivery.
Monitoring assets and tasks
The assets and tasks monitoring solution in the XTrack system provides real-time oversight of service delivery and the performance of the fleet and other resources. Data from vehicles and crew activities is automatically synchronised and made available for analysis within a single environment.
The system integrates data from GPS, FMS/CAN, weighing systems, on-board cameras and RFID, and also enables the monitoring of field assets, such as containers, without the need for GPS trackers.
The data is presented in the form of an intelligent visualisation comprising a map, operational history and parameter analyses, supplemented by automatic alerts, including those generated by XTrack VisionAI algorithms. The solution is ready for integration in accordance with the CleANOpen standard.


Order fulfilment is automatically recorded, along with statuses and video and photo footage from the XTrack WorkMate app.


Inventory of assets
The XTrack system’s field asset inventory solution enables rapid, fully digital tracking of bins, containers, and other assets, carried out directly in the field and in real time. The process is managed from a single device running the XTrack WorkMate app, regardless of the method used to identify the asset.
The system supports LF RFID in accordance with the PN-EN 14803 standard and the CleANopen standard, as well as UHF, NFC, barcodes and QR codes.
It enables data recording alongside photographic documentation and the real-time synchronisation of team performance via the XTrack WorkMate app, thereby eliminating duplication of tasks.
The location of assets is displayed on a map, along with their usage history and technical condition. Data can be easily migrated from external systems and utilised in other XTrack modules, creating a cohesive field asset management environment.


Reporting and analysis
The reporting and analytics solution in the XTrack system provides real-time insight into operations and quick access to data from across the entire system. Data from GPS, scales, cameras, sensors, vehicle bodywork and terminals is automatically integrated, immediately accessible and ready for analysis within a single environment.
The system provides ready-made operational and financial reports, allows for the implementation of custom templates, and enables data analysis on maps and dashboards. Data can be exported to CSV, XLS/XLSX, PDF or GPX formats and transferred to ERP and BI systems, including via the XTrack REST API.
The system supports schedules for the automatic generation of periodic reports and the sharing of data within the organisation and with external partners, with full control over access rights.


Fuel management
The XTrack system combines the XTrack XT4 fuel terminal with the XTrack WebX software, providing full control over the fuel cycle — from storage right through to dispensing to a specific vehicle or user.
The terminal identifies the user and the vehicle, authorises refuelling and automatically records all transaction details. The data is immediately available in the system, along with details of who collected the fuel, how much was dispensed, and when and where the refuelling took place. In the case of mobile tanks, their GPS location is also recorded, and thanks to integration with the video monitoring system, each operation can be further documented with video footage linked to a specific event.
As a result, fuel becomes a fully managed resource, with a complete operational history, online access to data and full transparency of usage across the organisation.
