Planning and delegating tasks

In the XTrack system, when you enter the details about the business partners together with the parameters of tasks you can perform for them, the system fully represents and visualises the organisational and operational structure of the company in the form of a tree, showing your way of perceiving the performance of tasks in the field. 

The tree structure consists of nodes (folders) where you store completed, current and planned orders, independent of the length of the contract. 

You can make changes to the structure at any time and test other approaches. To make task planning and management easier, the tree is interactively linked to digital maps and tabular summaries of your planned work. 

The Tree nodes represent both work organisation and resources. For example, it can be a contract divided into areas of activity and deeper into types of services and means of transport and/or employees, or planned routes. By parametrizing individual nodes according to the needs and specific features of the company, you can conveniently determine the parameters of many tasks in one step, e.g. repeatable implementation schedule. 

By using schedules, the XTrack system prepares daily lists of tasks to be performed in the field on a given day. Our software also has algorithms that can automatically assign tasks to resources, e.g. by performance location or other attributes. You can apply your own vector layers to built-in digital maps to represent service areas, for example. The system automatically assigns orders to relevant vehicles, crews or employees. 

If you perform an analysis of order parameters using a map view at the same time, the XTrack software enables flexible configuration of presenting the tasks. It is possible to visualise orders as points on the map by shapes, colours, icon size and labels based on all available attributes assigned to tasks. 

The system operates on many stations. It can be used simultaneously on multiple computers to support the cooperation of dispatchers, also from different regions and branches, on one data exchange platform. You can freely filter orders and display only those that matter at the moment. 

The XTrack planning software is fully adapted to work with vehicle onboard systems. Once the tasks and routes are planned in the software and assigned individual vehicles, the data is automatically transferred to the driver’s onboard terminal. The operator needs only to log in to the terminal and they can perform tasks as arranged in the plan. 

The system supports precise parametrisation of vehicle data (e.g. according to the type of transported loads, type of performed works, load capacity, permissible driver’s working time, travel cost, working hours or man-hours) and orders (e.g. delivery dates, loading and unloading time).
