During the presentation of our system to you:
- We will present how to optimally plan real jobs/routes using 'big data' - statistical data from hundreds of millions of individual waste collection cycles from EN840 compliant containers. This statistical data allows you to perfectly balance routes within your fleet.
- XTrack RFID LF solution, allowing you to identify all tags used for container identification (according to EN14803 standard) with the same set of RFID antennas on a route. In addition, all readings are available via an integration connector compatible with the CleANopen standard.
- We will show you how easy, intuitive and simultaneous it can be to manage planned routes and online inventory of RFID LF tagged containers using a commercially available Android mobile on-board device. Inventory without additional barcodes is our standard.
- We will explain how you can weigh precisely (from 1 kg for light fractions) the mass of collected waste using the automatic, dynamic Digi Sens Eleiro scale, compatible with CleANopen, integrated with the lifter. Maintenance-free and without reducing crew efficiency.
- We will also tell you how to enrich the documentation of field services performed for municipal vehicles with integrated notes, photos and video recordings of Full HD quality and 25 frames per second, just a few minutes after recording, during routes, are transferred online to the XTrack cloud. Recordings are secured and integrated with other telematics data. Everything is available for analysis in the ultra-fast XTrack WebX web application
- We will also draw your attention to the international standard CleANopen (hello CAN Open) developed and managed by the independent organization Can In Automation, of which XTrack is a member. Thanks to CleANopen, if there is a business need, you are flexible in terms of using data from XTrack devices in third-party IT systems.
- We will show you how data from the XTrack onboard unit can be used (via API) by an external personalised dashboard to present data in your way and for your specific use.
- Finally, we will present the implemented concept of "camera as a universal sensor" in action. We have created our own artificial intelligence model (XTrack AI), which we successively train to detect further important cases in the areas of automatic anonymization of people's images, identification of company assets working in the field, or occupational health and safety.
We will be sharing the stand with our technology partner/distributor Tamtron, with whom we operate in the Czech, Slovak and Scandinavian markets.
Our next global partner, SSI SCHAEFER, will also be present at the show. In addition, as part of the exhibition of the specialised vehicle manufacturer Terberg, a dust-free vehicle with an integrated XTrack system will be available, in which we have installed for our customer, ZGO Nova from Jarocin, XTrack XT4Smart, an automatic RFID LF XTrack system, an automatic dynamic weighing system Digi Sens Eleiro, an integrated XTrack image recording system with 360-degree cameras, and a crew on-board terminal that communicates with the XT4Smart via WiFi to handle collection tasks, with the XTrack WorkMate mobile application running.
