The dispatcher analyses the orders registered in the module of Customer Service Office (BOK) and those from ERP systems, in order to plan the most efficient route for each vehicle, considering the order type, scheduled time and the destination area of the order.
The planned route is sent with a list of tasks to XTrack Navi navigation terminal installed in the vehicle. This eliminates the need to use additional hard-copies, which are time- and space-consuming and may be easily destroyed or lost. Moreover, the hard-copies also require manual effort of the driver, who must mark the progress of works, enter feedback and notes.
Furthermore, for single orders the software may rearrange the route during the working day. After entering route changes, XTrack Navi receives a revised list of orders with a new route.
