XTrack Service System

All notifications on XTrack system operation shall be reported via electronic service ticket system XTrack Service System (XSS) available at http://xss.xtrack.pl/en.

XTrack Service System is an in-house service ticket management system developed since 2008 to support communication with XTrack service team.

The system allows the customer to keep track of the status of service tickets and carry on direct correspondence with our service team.

XTrack Service System is available in Polish, English, German, Russian, Czech and Latvian, which makes it available for all of our customers.

To create a user account in XSS system please send an email request to support@xtrack.com with the following details:

  1. Company name and customer number [NRK].
  2. First name and last name.
  3. Corporate e-mail address to which XSS user account shall be assigned.
  4. Phone number.
